DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

To understand for the Project base on ITB requirement and to ensure the overall project work execution are in accordance to relevant ISO Procedure, Project standard working Procedure and Quality Management System.
To understand Company’s obligation and entitlement under the ITB and Contract.
To monitor and observe the project execution and report and put into log should there be any deviation on execution with respect to the ITB and Contract.
To understand a deviation, and strategize into the change procedure and trigger a variation order should there be any.
To gather sufficient evidence and chronology, and compile a Change Notice and Claim, by referring to Contract Entitlement.
To execute the project by working with a team lead by Project Director , Project Manager ,Engineering Manager, Procurement Manager, Project Control Manager /Planner, Construction Manager and Commissioning Manager & etc .
To record and reply accordingly on all contractual related correspondent letter/email.

REQUIREMENT

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in related field or higher.
More than 5 years’ working experience as Contract Manager in construction industry, well versed in various standard Form Contracts and other common used type of contract in Oil & Gas and General industry.
Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimize team performance, development and accomplishing goals.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good commend in both written and spoken English
Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.
Able to plan and organize resources and tools for successful execution of project requirement.

Salary range: RM 10,000 – RM 13,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
