Key Responsibilities Human Resource Functions: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Malaysia’s labor laws. - Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll systems. - Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs. - Handle employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture. Administrative Functions: - Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies and equipment. - Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems. - Support management in preparing reports, minutes, and presentations. - Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
