Credit Control Officer

-Review and assess credit applications and credit limits for new and existing customers. -Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and initiate collection efforts. -Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment agreements, and collection efforts. -Work closely with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues. -Prepare aging reports and other financial reports to management. -Monitors key performance indicators, such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and bad debt provision. -Implement strategies to reduce DSO, minimize bad debt write-offs, and improve cash flow.
