  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job summary:

The logistics executive will oversee the company's logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of products to customers. This position involves managing supply chain activities, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, and optimizing logistics processes to support the company’s operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping and Documentation:

  • Supervise shipping activities, prepare shipping documents, and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
  • Ensure all logistics documentation is accurate and adheres to company and legal requirements.

Logistics Optimization:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Continuously optimize supply chain strategies to improve overall performance.
Transport Management:
  • Coordinate transportation activities, negotiate with carriers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Monitor shipment progress, ensure timely deliveries, and promptly resolve any transportation issues.
Supply Chain Management:
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of goods to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Manage inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations.
  • Diploma certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Having at least 1 year of experience in logistics field will be an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
  • Strong understanding of logistical operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems (experience with SAP or similar platforms is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations is preferred.
