Senior HR cum Account Executive -Responsible for day to day finance, accounts and general administration tasks. -Proper filling & documentation -Update and to maintain accurate accounting entries into accounting system (SQL) -To perform banking transactions -Record staff leave administration, maintenance and staff attendance. -Responsible for Human Resources Duties -Handle HR administration works such as preparation of employment contracts, warning letters, pay slips, performance appraisals and etc. -Monitoring staff contract, probation period. -Responsible in payroll process, claims expenses, assist in preparation, payment and etc. -Submission of statutory payment, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF and tax payment. -Application or renewal of employment pass and insurance -Handling all admin documents -Monitor and maintain office equipment, utilities, office stationary, pantry supply and maintenance of office premises. -Reply email & answering incoming call -Liaise with auditor/Tax agent and government authorities -Other relevant ad-hoc tasks Job Requirement: -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Human Resource/Administration/Business/Account -Having at least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required. -Able to prepare a Full set of Accounts. -Required skill(s): MS Office, SQL Accounting & Payroll system -Able to start in short notice period is a plus.
