Job Description: As an intern in our CRM department, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced professionals in optimizing our customer relations strategies. You will be an integral part of our team, responsible for assisting in building, maintaining, and managing our customer database and interactions. Collaborate with various departments to facilitate prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and complaints. 7. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve overall customer experience.
