Compile and update employee records Payroll preparations (Salary, EPF, SOCSO , EIS, PCB, EA, Form E & etc) Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees Managing employee benefits utilization such as overtime, salary, allowances, leaves, time-off & medical benefits Staff training & development monitoring. Employee attendance management. Liaise with related government bodies / personnel (Labour Department & etc) Any ad hoc tasks from management
