Japanese Company in Malaysia Accounting & Tax Staff Salary: RM3500 Location: KL Job Type: Permanent; Full-Time Key functions of the accounting: 1.Implementing financial statement and procedures to ensure compliance with (MFRS) 2.Handling petty cash 3.Handling payment and accounts payable 4.Handling billings and accounts receivable 5.Maintaining financial records 6.Handling bank reconciliation &settlement 7.Filing finance &accounting documents 8.Updating cash flow and budget implementation 9.Preparing data to requirements for division or other parties(Consultant,Auditor, Tax Officer) Key functions of the tax: 1.Prepare corporate,individual tax computations and tax returns for timely submission to the Tax Authorities. 2.Prepare and process tax returns via tax software. 3.Prepare the tax estimation for companies. 4.Arranging tax payments to the TaxAuthorities. 5.Attend any queres/tax audits from IRBor other authorities. 6.Assist Tax Manager in identifyng ,analyzing,and applying effective risk management techniques and offering advice on possible tax risks. 7.Handle ad-hoc tasks related to tax matters, when required. 8.Prepare accounts for Sole proprietors/ Partnerships and SME Companies. REQUIREMENTS: 1.Minimum Bachelor's degree, majoring Accounting background. 2.Capability of using Office(e.g., Ms. Word,Ms. Excel, Ms.Power Point) 3.At east 2-year experence in Finance orAccounting field. 4.Experience in Public Accounting Firm or dealing wth Tax institution is advantageous 5.Understand accounting information systems. 6.Have commitment integrity and able to keep company secrets. 7.Understand various accounting applications / software. 8.Understand and be able to make financial reports. 9.Good communication skill 10.Able to work as a part of the team 11.Detail oriented 12.Familiar with accounting standards tax laws, and filing procedures BENEFITS: * Benefits and allowances are included and will be disclosed during interview
