Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Conduct sales activities in both physical stores and online shop to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering suitable products. Handle sales transactions, ensure smooth payment processes, and resolve any sales-related issues. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote motorcycle accessory products, including online and offline campaigns. Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns through platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. Conduct market research to understand current trends and customer needs, and identify new business opportunities. Social Media and Content Management: Manage the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to build followers and enhance engagement. Create and edit marketing content such as social media posts, blogs, and product news to attract customer attention. Monitor online customer reviews and take appropriate actions to address both negative and positive feedback. Event and Promotion Planning: Plan and execute promotional events in the physical store, such as special sales, product launches, and exhibitions. Manage customer loyalty programs and special promotions to boost sales and retain existing customers. Analysis and Reporting: Prepare sales and marketing performance reports regularly for the manager to assess strategy effectiveness and make necessary adjustments. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify sales improvement opportunities and optimize marketing strategies. Collaboration and Customer Relations: Collaborate with other sales and marketing team members to ensure effective communication and coordination. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive customer service and post-sales support. Salary based on experiance. Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the motorcycle accessories or automotive industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to speak Mandarin (To speak with our suppliers and big client from Vietnam and China) Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and analytical tools. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
