Production Engineer (Fabrication)

Job Responsibilities:- • Oversee production activities and implement process improvement initiatives to meet target schedules and optimize productivity. • Prepare production schedule and prioritize on job-orders for production. • Allocate manpower efficiently to fully utilize resources, ensuring smooth production flow. • Ensure products meet quality standards and adhere to industry requirements. • Minimize over dues and maintain inventory at an optimum level. • Prepare production schedule and other related reports as required. • Complete status reports for production progress, work in process and raw material inventory. • Provide technical guidance to operators, supporting them in resolving process-related problems. • Maintain a safe working environment and actively engage the team in 5S activities for workplace organization and cleanliness. • Any other related ad-hoc duties as required Job Requirements:- • Possess at least degree in material engineering/material science/ mechanical engineering.Preferably with 2 years of experience in Manufacturing or Production environment • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to drive process improvements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Seeking candidates who are looking for a long-term position with passion for continuous learning • Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin • Salary will commensurate with experience and qualifications
