Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Be a host and welcome every customer by greeting and assisting customers to access to the menu. Arrange seating for large group or special request from customer as and when needed.
- Making food, beverage and dessert recommendations to customers by explaining the unique selling point (USP) of each product, takes their order and ensure satisfaction.
- Be attentive to customer queries and comments, address the feedback and show improvement.
- Be knowledgeable on our products including taste profile, cooking method etc, able to demonstrate enthusiasm on the new additions to the menu.
- Be alert with the cleanliness and tidiness of café, assist in clearing the table and ensure cutleries, tray, serve-ware and glasses are clean and meet expectation.
- Comply to every hygiene & grooming practice in accordance to our Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintaining a positive and professional behaviour at all time.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. Executes and organizes opening and closing duties as scheduled and assigned.
- Performs administrative tasks as and when required.
Qualification Requirements
- Malaysian citizen / local candidates only.
- Talents must possess a minimum SPM qualification.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Working experience: Preferable F&B experience however candidates with no experience or fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
- Working Hours:
- Part Timer: Minimum 6 hours per shift and able to commit on weekends, public holidays, and rotational shift。
- Full Timer: 8 hours per day and able to commit 6 days, on weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts
- Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills, highly adaptable to changes and challenges. Customer oriented.

Salary Packages
- Full Timer: salary negotiation is only applicable for candidates with longer working experience in the F&B industry.
- Part Timer: RM10.00 per hour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
