About the role: You play a key role as the senior manager for the hotel to lead the account and admin team. You work closely with the top management, especially the General Manager and the owner of the group by overseeing the company’s financial transactions and reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of financial records, while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and hotel policies at the same time. Responsibilities: -Financial Operations Management: Lead financial operations, including cash flow management, financial reporting, and asset control to maximize profitability. -Financial Advisory: Provide timely, accurate financial insights and strategic advice to senior management for decision-making. -Asset & Compliance Management: Safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to local policies, procedures, and agreements across all operations. -Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly financial reports in compliance with GAAP standards. -Treasury & Cash Management: Manage treasury functions, optimizing daily cash flow, reviewing cash positions, and ensuring efficient fund utilization. -Full-Set Accounts Management: Supervise full-set accounts, including cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis to improve overall business performance. -Administrative Oversight: Oversee high-level administrative functions, including maintaining accurate financial records, office supplies, equipment maintenance, general documentation, and liaising with external vendors. Requirements: -Possess at least a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or any related field -Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, CPA, or MIA are preferred. -At least 4 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance. -Proven expertise in managing full-set accounts, consolidated account, and knowledge in transfer pricing -Computer savvy Skills and Competencies: -Financial Analysis: Ability to analyze financial data and trends to inform business decisions and strategy. -Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance. -Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to changing regulations, technologies, and business needs in a dynamic financial environment. -Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively presenting financial information to stakeholders. -Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, fostering a positive work environment and achieving common goals.
