What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engaging with the Public: Representing our organization at events, in communities, and through door-to-door campaigns, you’ll have meaningful face-to-face interactions with potential donors, sharing the story of our cause and inspiring them to contribute.
• Building Relationships: Developing rapport with supporters, educating them about our work, and encouraging recurring donations or sign-ups to our programs.
• Meeting Targets: Working to meet and exceed daily and weekly fundraising goals, ensuring we continue to drive awareness and support for our cause.
• Spreading Awareness: Being a passionate ambassador for the cause—sharing compelling stories, answering questions, and making a case for why people should get involved.
• Reporting & Feedback: Providing feedback from your interactions to help refine strategies and messaging, ensuring we continue to connect with supporters in the most effective way.

What We’re Looking for:

• Passion for the Cause: You should be genuinely excited about making a positive impact and motivating others to do the same.
• Excellent Communication Skills: You’ll be talking to people every day—engaging them, building trust, and inspiring action, so strong verbal communication is key.
• Friendly & Outgoing Personality: A positive attitude and enthusiasm for meeting new people and building relationships is essential.
• Goal-Oriented: You should be motivated by achieving targets, whether that’s hitting your personal fundraising goals or supporting the overall team’s success.
• Previous Experience (Preferred, but not Required): Experience in sales, fundraising, customer service, or public speaking can be an advantage, but we’re also happy to train the right person with the passion and drive to succeed.
