- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
- Developing and sending out training solution proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs or requirements
- Delivering pitches and presentations to prospects and existing clients through F2F or virtual as per proposal
- Following up with prospects until they convert into a client (sale)
- Continuously communicate with clients and prospects to understand their training needs and offer solutions to their problems
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients through excellent customer service
- Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, digital marketing.) to create sales opportunities and leads
- Conduct regular networking initiatives to developing rapport with key decision makers
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
