  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic fresh graduate to join us as a Customer Care Agent. The successful candidate will serve as the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. They will take ownership of effectively managing customer interactions, driving sales, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outgoing calls to prospective or existing customers for various purposes, such as sales and membership renewals.
  • Process customer applications in a timely manner.
  • Identify potential leads and gather relevant information for the sales or marketing teams.
  • Meet daily or weekly call volume and sales targets set by the company.
  • Record all call information accurately and update the company’s engagement platform.
  • Provide accurate information and advice to callers, explaining procedures and addressing inquiries.
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails, maintaining a log of activities.
  • Ensure daily and monthly KPIs are met and exceeded.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Degree, Diploma, Cert, or SPM holder with a good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin or Tamil is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing (1 year) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening abilities.
  • Customer-focused with adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
