JSC Computer Repair and Service is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Technician with expertise in motherboard diagnostics, repair, and replacement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

JSC Computer Repair and Service mencari Juruteknik Komputer yang mahir dan teliti dalam diagnosis, pembaikan, dan penggantian motherboard. Calon ideal mestilah mempunyai semangat menyelesaikan masalah dan komitmen tinggi untuk memberikan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang cemerlang.

Key Responsibilities / Tanggungjawab Utama:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair motherboard issues for desktops and laptops.

Mendiagnosis, menyelesaikan masalah, dan membaiki motherboard untuk desktop dan laptop.

  • Perform component-level repairs, including soldering and replacing chips and capacitors.

Melakukan pembaikan pada peringkat komponen, termasuk menyolder dan menggantikan cip dan kapasitor.

  • Test repaired motherboards to ensure full functionality.

Menguji motherboard yang telah dibaiki untuk memastikan ia berfungsi sepenuhnya.

  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.

Menyimpan rekod pembaikan dan alat ganti yang digunakan dengan tepat.

  • Provide technical support and advice to customers as needed.

Requirements / Syarat:

  • Proven experience in motherboard diagnostics and repairs.

  • Strong understanding of hardware components and electronics.

  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and soldering equipment.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Kemahiran menyelesaikan masalah dan mencari punca dengan cemerlang.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Certification in Computer Hardware/Networking is a plus.
