Job Descriptions
Handling all inbound calls, live chat and email pertaining to customer. general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.
Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Proficient in computer typing skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good computer literacy.
Rotational Shift- 24 Hours - (Compulsory working on Public Holidays and Weekends)
Basic -RM3000.00 to RM3400.00
Retention bonus of RM 5,000 will be offered (with 2 times of instalment payout)
Available allowances - 6 days allowance, Night shift allowance, KPI, OT.
Accommodation is provided based on the location of candidates. * Upon request, with 6 month(s) services bond.
Shuttle Services Provided * From -Tampoi, Skudai, Taman U, Bukit Indah, Gelang Patah, City Square, Larkin, Mutiara Rini.
