We are looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our team at Le Marche, where fine dining meets exceptional service. If you are enthusiastic, dedicated, and ready to elevate the Mediterranean dining experience, we want to hear from you!

Open Positions:

  • Waiter/Waitress
  • Kitchen Assistant
  • Chef de Partie
  • Sous Chef
  • Head Chef

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Waiter/Waitress

  • Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Take orders accurately and provide detailed information on menu offerings.
  • Ensure a memorable dining experience by delivering exceptional service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

2. Kitchen Assistant

  • Assist chefs in food preparation and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.
  • Help with stock management and storage.

3. Chef de Partie

  • Manage a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, sauce, pastry).
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s standards.
  • Train and supervise junior staff within your section.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workstation.

4. Sous Chef

  • Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and staff.
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency align with restaurant standards.
  • Contribute to menu planning and development.
  • Monitor inventory and food cost control.

5. Head Chef

  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver outstanding culinary creations.
  • Design and innovate menu items, emphasizing Mediterranean cuisine.
  • Manage kitchen operations, budgets, and inventory.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for food and hospitality.
  • Experience in similar roles (minimum 1 year preferred for Waiter/Waitress, 3 years for Chef positions).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
