Production Supervisor

Oversees daily operations on the production floor, ensuring that cable manufacturing process run efficiency and meet quality, safety and production standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of cable manufacturing processes, and the ability to manage and motivate a production team to meet targets while maintaining a safe work environment. Roles & responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and implement daily production schedules to ensure all orders are manufactured on time, meeting quantity and delivery requirements. 2.
