Job Overview:
We are looking for an innovative and results-driven Digital Marketer to enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be skilled in utilizing various digital platforms to implement campaigns that align with our brand goals, focusing on increasing traffic, brand awareness, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and leverage opportunities across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
2. Content Marketing:
- Create and manage high-quality, engaging content for blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure cohesive branding.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
- Optimize website content for improved search rankings.
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms.
4. Social Media Management:
- Oversee social media accounts to boost engagement and brand loyalty.
- Track social media performance metrics and refine strategies as needed.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
6. Email Marketing and Automation:
- Develop and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Use tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot for automation and tracking.
7. Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
- Use insights to refine strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or in a similar role.
- Expertise in digital tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics software.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Creativity combined with analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Certification in digital marketing (Google, Facebook Blueprint, etc.).
- Familiar with Lark
