Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.
- Recruitment and selection processes, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records, handle queries and concerns, and support HR projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings and events and assist in the development and implementation of company policies.
- Helped mediate and resolve minor conflicts between employees before they escalated.
- Assisting in the documentation and process of disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Performing additional HR-related tasks as needed, such as organizing employee events, conducting surveys, or handling special projects.
- Providing support for company-wide projects and initiatives that may fall outside the traditional HR scope, such as participating in cross-departmental teams or assisting with office management tasks.
- Checking monthly staff claims /traveling expenses/site petty cash reimbursement and ensuring all the claims are properly supported by receipts and approved by the director before being submitted to the Finance Department for payment processing purposes
- To follow the finance procedures by the finance advisor and always liaise with FInance teams for the accounting documentation and payment process purpose
- Being available to handle urgent requests from management or other departments, ensuring that critical tasks are addressed promptly.
- Assisting with tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the company, including helping with non-HR administrative duties when needed
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role
- Experience with HR software
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Human Resources: Minimum 2 years (Preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin (Preferred)
- Bahasa (Preferred)
