Planning Assistant

【KEY RESPONSIBILITIES】 - Prepare Production Plan based on Customer PO, Sales forecast, production capacity and material availability. - Develop detailed production plans and schedules based on production needs to ensure tasks are completed on time. - Coordinate work progress across departments, ensuring efficient allocation of materials, equipment, and personnel resources. - Analyze production data to create optimization plans that enhance production efficiency and quality. - Collaborate closely with related departments such as supply chain, warehouse, and sales to maintain timely communication of information. - Liaise with Purchasing and warehouse about material availability 【REQUIREMENTS】 - Diploma/Degree in Business Studies, Administration or other equivalent qualification. - Minimum 1 working years in manufacturing industry. - Good communication skills to deal with HQ, China. - Strong communication skills and team spirit, with the ability to effectively coordinate resources across various functions. - Good data analysis and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge in SAP system will be an added advantage. - Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
