Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- At least 3 year(s) to 5 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Independent and able to work under pressure.

Responsibility
- Receive orders from customers.
- Produce a plan with (truck and destination details).
- Publish details for teams and drivers.
- Get user confirmation via WhatsApp and Telegram for schedule plans.
- Update van and truck requests and notifications to the fleet team regarding van and truck requests.
- Ensure that all Delivery Orders (DO) have been received by each driver.
- Track and complete daily Petrol and T&G usage data - use Accountant Format.
- Ensure all drivers use GPS tracker apps on every trip.
- Assessing conditions, such as closed roads and delays, need to be resolved alternatively.
- Keep a Logbook to record daily tasks.
- Perform other tasks than daily tasks.
- Ensure all drivers have been handed keys and received vouchers.
- Ensure that the list of drivers is sufficient.
- Make a report in case of problems / obstacles or accidents.
- Document internal procedures, established work related procedures and Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs).
- Leads and manage operating schedule.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
