OPERATION ASSISTANT

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• At least 3 year(s) to 5 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Independent and able to work under pressure.
• Required to work on call

Responsibility

• Receive orders from customers.
• Produce a plan with (truck and destination details).
• Publish details for teams and drivers.
• Get user confirmation via WhatsApp and Telegram for schedule plans.
• Update van and truck requests and notifications to the fleet team regarding van and truck requests.
• Ensure that all Delivery Orders (DO) have been received by each driver.
• Track and complete daily Petrol and T&G usage data - use Accountant Format.
• Ensure all drivers use GPS tracker apps on every trip.
• Assessing conditions, such as closed roads and delays, need to be resolved alternatively.
• Keep a Logbook to record daily tasks.
• Perform other tasks than daily tasks.
• Ensure all drivers have been handed keys and received vouchers.
• Ensure that the list of drivers is sufficient.
• Make a report in case of problems / obstacles or accidents.
• Document internal procedures, established work related procedures and Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs).
• Leads and manage operating schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
