  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

  • Handle and resolve Level 3 support incidents escalated from L1 and L2 teams, focusing on AS400-based core banking applications.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to payment processing and integration, ensuring quick restoration of services.
  • Application Maintenance, by conducting routine maintenance on applications running on the AS400 platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Monitor system health and performance metrics to preemptively address potential issues.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of applications using RPG, C, and Java, specifically tailored for core banking functionalities.
  • Support ongoing projects related to payments and integrations.
  • DevOps Implementation, participating in DevOps initiatives to automate deployment processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • ALDON Automation, utilize ALDON for managing software deployments on the AS400 platform, ensuring controlled and efficient change management.
  • Document deployment processes and contribute to the improvement of automation script

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in RPG, C, and Java programming languages, with a solid understanding of AS400 and DB2 databases.
  • Basic knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for automation and CI/CD.
  • Familiarity with ALDON for software deployment and version control on the AS400 platform.

Contract: 2 years (Base on project)

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
