Personal Banker – Insurance Sales (Pasir Gudang)

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote exclusive insurance products to walk-ins, existing customers, and potential clients.
• Participate in exciting promotional activities, both face-to-face and virtually.
• Follow up on referrals and convert them into sales.
• Identify effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain systematic tracking of sales activities.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A recognized Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Prior sales experience in a customer-facing role (PCE license is an advantage).
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Motivated, self-driven, and independent.
• Willingness to travel.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
