Primary Roles
· Assist in Accounts Receivable tasks, including generating invoice, dealing with customer and data entry into system
· Assist in Accounts Payable tasks, including compiling and checking of vendors documents / receipts, preparation of payment voucher and data entry into system
· Preparation of Bank reconciliations, Balance Sheets reconciliations, audit and tax schedules on a monthly basis
· Organize Directors personal expenses
· Perform general office duties, such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation (filing)
· Responsible to attend ad hoc assignment assigned by superior
Secondary Roles
· Administrative - Preparation of monthly Payroll, EPF, SOCSO, other related expenses documentations
· Administrative - Prepare letters, documents related to administrative
· Follow up and liaise with external parties including auditor, company secretary, bankers and tax agent to ensure complete information extended
· To assist team-mates in preparing all necessary documents including but not limited to photocopying, filing, courier, requisition of forms from other supporting departments
· Attend internal meetings and minutes taking, and handle ad-hoc projects, programs and assignments
· Follow up and liaise with external parties including auditor, company secretary, bankers and tax agent to ensure complete information extended
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
