Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management:
  • Process and manage monthly payroll for all employees, including permanent, contract, and freelance staff.
  • Ensure accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, overtime, and allowances.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
  • Stay updated on labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements related to payroll.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and income tax.
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to management and government bodies.
  • System Administration:
  • Manage and update payroll software systems with employee data.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure system integrity and data accuracy.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees in a timely manner.
  • Educate employees on payslips, deductions, and tax obligations as needed.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure alignment on hiring, onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Partner with the Finance department to reconcile payroll accounts and support audits.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and implement solutions for efficiency.
  • Test and adopt new payroll features or systems as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education:
  • Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Experience:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll management.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems, preferably Infotech, and its modules.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in using payroll software, especially Infotech Payroll System.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Soft Skills:
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
