Key Responsibilities:
Client Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding order inquiries, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
- Assist in managing client relationships by providing timely updates and ensuring high service levels.
Sales Support:
- Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and relevant documents.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels in collaboration with the sales team.
- Track sales performance and generate periodic reports for management review.
Communication and Follow-ups:
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure the timely delivery of client requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to maintain strong relationships and gather feedback.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative duties to support the sales and management teams.
Problem Solving:
- Assist in resolving client complaints or disputes efficiently and professionally.
- Provide creative solutions to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and marketing principles.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
