We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing to join our logistics company. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, introducing our services, and setting appointments. The goal is to generate interest and secure meetings for our sales team. You will work with a list of contacts provided to you and will be required to call clients using your own phone.
Job Responsibilities:
- Call potential clients from a provided list to introduce the company's logistics services.
- Set appointments with interested clients for the sales team to follow up on.
- Maintain a professional and persuasive approach during calls to achieve appointment goals.
- Document and track all client interactions and appointment details in the system.
- Follow up with clients as necessary to ensure appointments are confirmed.
- Provide feedback on client responses and market trends to management.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent.
- Comfortable with using your own phone for calls.
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
