Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2 to 5 years) in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in the logistics, E-commerce, FMCG sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, particularly in logistics and last-mile delivery.
  • Passionate about sustainability with a desire to work in a company that drives positive environmental change.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector, focusing on companies with sustainability initiatives.
  • implement strategic business plans to increase market share and client engagement in sectors such as retail, e-commerce, and FMCG.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in potential client companies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored logistics solutions that align with client needs and sustainability goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends and opportunities.
