Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Assistant to support the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee records, benefits administration, and other HR-related functions, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits and payroll.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist with performance management processes and documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with compliance-related activities.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
