  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job requirements:

  • Comfortable to work rotational shift (weekdays, weekends, and public holidays)
  • Proficient in English, both written and speaking. Mandarin would be an added advantage
  • Possess 1-2 years of working experience as Content Moderator. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as training is provided

Salary package: RM 1500 (basic)+ RM 300 (KPI Incentive) + RM 700 AM shift allowance + RM 400 PM shift allowance + RM 550 Graveyard shift +Overtime (OT)

Job Description:

  • Be responsible for the content, to perform quality check on the legitimacy of the official brand and marketplace listings
  • Categorize and place the listings into the right categories based on the product categories
  • Review offline files to ensure the marketplace content is align with the policies and guidelines
  • Understand marketplace policies and guidelines, and make necessary curation based on it
  • Identify improvement opportunities in workflow and suggest solution
  • Work with the Customer Support teams and Business Development teams to handle listing inquiries

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
