- Provide and respond quickly and accurately to all inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding products, warranty support, and services.

- Interact with customers to thoroughly listen to questions and requests regarding products, warranties, and services, and respond appropriately.
- Collect customer information and evaluate and analyze symptoms to quickly identify the cause of problems.
- Expertly diagnose and resolve hardware and software technical issues.
- Recommend optimal alternatives to maintain business relationships with customers and clients.
- Prioritize mobile, software, and peripheral device cases, and provide extensive support for system and networking cases.
