The duties and responsibilities of the Asst Manager, Human Resources and Administration shall include but not limited to the following:
1.1 Develop organization structure, define core competencies needed to fulfill each function and develop Job Description for each function.
1.2 Formulate and implement an effective manpower planning and recruitment policy by liaising with management to determine staff requirement for Business Plan
1.3 Formulate and implement a competitive compensation and benefits structure in order to attract and retain the best people.
1.4 Staff performance appraisal and rewards management.
1.5 Formulate and implement an effective training programme.
1.6 Develop training programme to achieve required competency for each job.
1.7 Identify and plan career development programme for staff i.e. organizational structure, succession plan, etc.
1.8 Formulate an effective employee relations programme to promote industrial harmony.
1.9 Assist in formulation and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
1.10 Assist in formulation and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
1.11 Responsible for overall performance and operation of the Human Resources And Administration Department.
1.12 Plan and manage the career development of staff ensuring they are assigned the appropriate roles
1.13 Plan and manage skills development of personnel in ensuring the staff receive an appropriate training
1.14 Communicate the objectives, scope, policies and procedures status to staff
1.15 Provide training and coaching to staff
1.16 Develop and maintain team spirit
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
