Responsibilities:

Effectively monitor callers' performance, including adherence to regimented calling, overtime, and negotiation skills. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WABA, inbound calls, emails, and other channels, ensuring zero unattended messages or calls. All communications must be addressed within the agreed turnaround time on the same day.
Foster a spirit of teamwork within the Asset Management unit to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Regularly review first-time defaulters and delinquent accounts, closely follow up with Auto Finance Executives, and conduct diligent site visits as required.
Ensure all incoming messages and calls are attended to daily and accurately updated in the Volare system, adhering strictly to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Maintain a fair, assertive, and professional approach when negotiating payments, ensuring zero complaints regarding unprofessional conduct or rudeness.

Requirements:

A Diploma/Degree or equivalent professional qualification is required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the debt collection industry, with proven expertise in leading a collection team.
Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including potential weekend assignments.
Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Skilled in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel for site visits (optional).
