Job Description
- Generate sales leads
- Visit to each outlets (HOMEPRO) to support & monitor on sales operation
- Guide & monitor on promoter’s performance
- Ensure that products are optimally placed in-store to increase visibility and enhance the shopping experience.
- Review sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of current trade terms, product offerings, and merchandising strategies.
- Regularly report on key metrics related to trade performance, customer engagement, and retail traffic.
- Provide actionable insights to management on ways to improve the customer experience, product offering, and overall store performance
- Posses own transport
- Other task assigned from time to time
Requirements
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Experience working with retails & customer support is more preferable.
- Ability to stay calm and patient when customers are stressed or upset.
- Able to be traveling & work on weekend if necessary
- Familiar with using computers and Microsoft software.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
