PROJECT CONSULTANT SPECIALIST

Duties Project Management: Oversee and coordinate projects from conception to completion. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their needs and specifications. Provide technical advice and solutions for precision metal stamping and fabrication projects. Technical Analysis: Analyze blueprints and CAD models to ensure feasibility and compliance with specifications. Recommend design modifications for improved manufacturability and cost-efficiency. Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials and components. Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships. Quality Control: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure products meet industry standards. Conduct inspections and audits of production processes. Research and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Assist in the development of new processes or materials to enhance efficiency and quality. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare project documentation, including specifications, reports, and progress updates. Ensure all records are maintained for compliance and future reference. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. Experience: Several years of experience in metal stamping and sheet metal fabrication. Proven track record in project management within the manufacturing sector. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions quickly. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, teams, and suppliers. Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Project Management Professional, Six Sigma) may be advantageous.
