Job Responsibilities :
a. Responsible for the preparation of the Company’s management and statutory reporting;
b. Responsible for the timely and accurate accounting data entries into the Company’s accounting software;
c. Responsible for managing the Company’s full set of accounts with minimal supervision;
d. Responsible in preparing the Company’s daily and monthly bank reconciliation;
e. Responsible in preparing the Company’s GST/SST filing and submission;
f. Responsible in assisting with the Company’s audit and tax process by liaising with the Company’s external auditors and tax consultants;
g. Responsible in preparing the Company’s payment voucher and issuing cheques after receiving authorisation from the Management;
h. Responsible in managing, updating, improving and maintaining an accurate and effective filing system; and
i. Responsible for active maintenance of relations between the Company with external parties (e.g. Banks, Corporate Secretarial, LHDN, etc) in order to complete the abovementioned tasks on timely manner by liaising with them and travelling to meet them
Job Requirements :
· Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years in Accounts Assistant role
· Strong attention to detail and able to maintain proper filing records
· Proficiency in SQL or similar accounting software
· Able to use Microsoft Excel
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
