Responsibilities:
1. Assist General manager to plan HR strategies that will benefit the company and ensure the efficiency and beneficial work from employees
2. Supervise Admin & HR staff performance and guide employees to better performance while ensuring good working relationships with employees.
3. Assist the General manager in the hiring process.
4. Assist in employee compensation.
5. Develop strategies and implement changes that improve job knowledge.
6. Adjust employee benefits and incentive programs.
7. Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations
Requirements:
Workplace Location: Permyjaya, Miri Sarawak
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related field.
2. Proven experience in a similar HR role.
3. Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
