Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications:

The candidate must possess at least a certificate in Engineering

Proven 2-3 years of experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role.

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, automation, pneumatic and electrical.

Knowledge of health, safety & environment practices and regulations.

Excellent planning and leadership abilities

Able to make decisions based on knowledge and experience.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Additional requirement for senior supervisor:

Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisor role

Coaching and guiding of mäintenance technicians to enhance their skills and ensure effective problem-solving

Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations

Responsibility

Co-ordinate allocation of tasks, materials, and equipment.

Manage section working rooster, spare parts availability, daily routine job execution, continuity of operation.

Manage daily section issue and communicate properly to other sections to ensure smoothness of daily operation

Manage spare parts availability, part ordering, repair works and storage.

Verification of timely and ensure completion of assigned jobs on time.

Lead the team for daily routine, ad hoc work and plan maintenance.

Promote and maintain a safe and harmonious work environment. Lead and mentor a team to ensure efficiency of workmanship.

Provide coaching/guidance to subordinates to improve tech skill and knowledge

Develops and implements standard work procedures to continually improve overall team productivity.

Responsible for safe work practices. Involving in section 5S and audit related items

Performing other duties or projects as assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
