Overview of the Position:

Responsible for overseeing Malaysia Business Centre (BC) operations, encompassing sales, promotions, services, inventory management, and payment processing. Additionally, provide support to the Operations Manager on other operational matters and challenges within the department, including those related to overseas operations.

The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:

  • Image and Service: Regular visits to Business Centre's and ensure maintenance of the image, cleanliness, service standards and operations as adhered in guidelines.
  • Financial Management: Manage daily money submissions and process orders promptly.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and control Business Centre's inventory to ensure it stays within limits and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Staff Training: Provide Operations training on company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.
  • Liaison and Communication: Act as the main liaison between the Business Centre and the Company, assisting with any issues that arise.
  • SOP Maintenance: Review and update the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regularly.
  • System Testing: Conduct necessary system UAT for new systems/modules related to sales operations.

To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in MLM or business operations.
  • Experience in leading a small team.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with high level of organization.
  • The ability to conduct training for staff and Business Centre's operators.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, as this role requires interaction with stakeholders who communicate in Mandarin/Cantonese.
  • Work location: Bukit Jalil (nearby Pavilion)
  • Working days : Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
