-Perform all tasks assigned by the immediate superior in accordance to the specification and schedule. -Oversee logistic department daily activities from receiving, storing, retrieving until kitting to assembly line and external work bench and Included production schedule planning. -Maintain consistent of data entry up-to-date, inventory accuracy and resolve variances with justification. -Establish the master plan and monthly production plan for the company by converting demand (forecast, customer orders, customer schedules, commercialization timeline etc) into a feasible production plan to ensure matched sets of materials and capacities are available to meet the needs of customers in a cost-effective and production efficient manner. -Drive on time delivery (OTD) to assure alignment of targeted timeline for customer satisfaction. -Work closely with Production , Sales ,Shipping ,Procurement purchasing and MC teams for store activities required compliance. -Ensure efficient space utilization and proactively liaise with production , Procurement purchasing and MC teams for prioritizing work. -Accomplishes logistic operations by recruiting, selecting, training and coaching staffs. -Responsible for logistic department budget and key performance indicators. -Drive continuous improvement activities in quality,cycle times ,process improvement and machine availability through lean techniques and value add to enhance the capability of exciting process and remove waste. -Lead the investigation of store ,PC error or problems issue using systematic problem solving and statistical analysis tool eg:PSS,8D,and implement effective corrective action to prevent recurrence. -Comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company. -Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
