Job description

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members to develop marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience
Execute digital marketing initiatives including social media, email marketing, online advertising, etc
Analyse market trends and competitive date to identify opportunities for growth
Monitor and report performance of marketing campaigns
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies
Contribute in the development of marketing collaterals
Manage and analyse customer feedbacks and comments:
Co-ordinate internally with relevant parties to manage customer complaints
Identify customer compliments and positive feedback for further marketing opportunities
Study and understand customer behaviours and trends to develop effective loyalty/ engagement programs
Main job portfolio will be focus on:-
Customer engagement
Marketing programs for products and outlets

Knowledge & Skills:-

Candidate with Diploma, /Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience is preferred, experienced in F&B Retail will be an added advantage
otherwise fresh graduates also welcomed to apply.
Good grasp and understanding of digital marketing will be an added advantage
Good verbal and written communication skills
Advanced knowledge on Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Creative, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Independent, proactive and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and results oriented
