Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior System Analyst with a strong background in the Cards Domain, specializing in Loyalty Platforms and Unsecured Loans. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing change requests, analyzing system requirements, and ensuring seamless integration with the existing infrastructure. This role requires a collaborative professional with technical expertise, domain knowledge, and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and manage business and system requirements for the Cards Domain with a focus on loyalty platforms and unsecured loans.
  • Design and implement technical solutions to meet business needs and align with platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate requirements.
  • Develop and enhance system functionalities using Java, Unix scripting, and SQL.
  • Support change requests by evaluating impacts, performing root cause analysis, and implementing solutions.
  • Ensure smooth operation and performance of systems hosted on Open Systems (Linux/Unix).
  • Work closely with the database team to optimize performance and reliability on Oracle DB.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 6–9 years of relevant experience as a System Analyst/IT Business Analyst.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong programming and scripting expertise in Java, Unix scripting, and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle DB and system operations on Linux/Unix platforms.
  • Domain Knowledge:
  • Extensive experience in the Cards Domain, with specialized knowledge of Loyalty Platforms.
  • Must have exposure to Unsecured Loans and related processes.

Soft Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,425.71 - RM13,116.57 per month
