  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

Operation Officer (Non-trade)

  • Warehouse experience in picking, packing, receiving, organization, storage area.
  • Seamlessly receive and efficiently organize non-trade items from suppliers, ensuring every stock item is quickly put away to maintain optimal inventory flow and accuracy.
  • Accurately pick and pack non-trade items based on One Order list, ensuring timely and flawless fulfilment of internal orders to support smooth store operations.
  • Maintain and housekeep the non-trade storeroom, ensuring easy access, cleanliness, and operational readiness at all times.
  • Prepare and pack items for new store openings, playing a key role in supporting successful store launches.
  • Monitor inventory levels and provide timely reorder lists to maintain buffer stocks, ensuring continuous availability of critical items without interruptions.
  • Act as a central point of contact, liaising with stores on out-of-stock items, and swiftly resolving supply issues to ensure stores are always adequately stocked and operational.
  • Maintain and update the fulfilment report with precision, use data insights to ensure transparency and optimize procurement and distribution processes.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Tactful, responsible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Pleasant personality and able to interact with all levels of people and management
  • This job requires the candidate to work on a night shift/weekend rotating basis to support the maintenance team.
  • Willing to travel (will move to new office in Bukit Raja by mid-2025), currently based in Puchong.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
