Job description:
- Promote and market company products to walk-in customers
- Provide excellent customer service
- Build & expand customer database to achieve sales KPI
- Meet submission deadline for design drawings
- Answer customer calls and handle customer inquiries through various channels such as phone calls and message, providing timely responses and professional solutions.
- Assist customers in processing and tracking orders, ensuring accurate and timely order information and providing customers with order status and shipping information.
- Record customer feedback and complaints, provide timely feedback to Customer Service Department.
- Creative to customer relationships, establish good communication and trust with customers, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- To carry out other duties as instructed and arranged by superior from time to time.
- New duties may be added and existing ones deleted as and when requirements change.

Experience:
- Showroom Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
