SENIOR PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Assist and report to the Production Manager. Able to handle two projects at once. Manage the production team and assist team in avoiding any hiccups or delays in production and delivery. Plan thoroughly from the mould grouping stage to the delivery stage. Prepare thoroughly from the mould grouping stage to the delivery stage. Prepare production and delivery schedules according to the site installation sequence and wallchart. Update TIPS daily with accurate information. Address all technical issues with supervisors, sub-contractors, the drawing team, and main contractors. Discuss amendments or revised drawings with the drawing team and consultants. Provide the latest information to the team in a timely manner. Plan, organize and supervise inspection work with subcontractors, supervisors and the plant's RTO. Ensure delivery of modules/components based on the PP09 provided by the site. Ensure finished goods comply with quality assurance and project quantity plans. Plan storage to accommodate the daily production rate. Conduct stock-taking of modules/components to ensure sufficient quantities for timely delivery. ensure NCR modules are closed before delivery to the site and minimize NCRs for the project. Control the quantity of cast-in items to meet daily production rates. Plan cast items, consumables, rebar, and mesh to achieve targeted production and delivery rates. Coordinate with the project coordinator regarding any site issues. Maintain proper records of production, delivery, and the usage of incoming materials. Ensure subordinates and sub-contractors use the latest drawing revisions for production. Take prompt action with subordinates, sub-contractors, and main contractors as needed. Attend meetings with subordinates, consultants, the drawing teams, sub-contractors and main contractors. Respond to emails and superiors promptly and confidently. Manage the team to achieve better outcomes in terms of production, delivery and quality.
