DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Received and verify for incoming and charged out items according to established procedure.
- To raise e-PR and PPO for any stock purchased.
- To monitor inventory level and follow up delivery for stocks items to make sure goods are delivered as per scheduled.
- Follow up on incoming stocks in D365 and update manual stocks provided.
- To liaise closely with PUR, ACC & User on any related to store operation.
- Keep proper filing systems for all documentation and store visual management related to store daily operation.
- To assist on generating monthly report to be sent out to users.
- Perform posting of MPRF, update daily attendance of all store PIC, and perform filing for incoming documents.
- Update weekly HSE bulletin provided by HSE department.
- To prepare documents needed for disposal of any unwanted company properties as and when requested.
- Prepare and send out monthly report to all related department and PIC.
- Provide training, guidance and coaching to subordinates (if any).
- Any other tasks that may be assigned by superior.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Minimum SPM and good in Microsoft Office computer skills.
Work Experience:
- Preferably with exposure to Warehouse Management System or experience in comparing inventors to book records or computer records, such as sales orders, production records, or Transfer Form to track current inventory.
- Update and verify clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count , or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.
- Compiles and update information on receipt or disbursement of stocks and computers inventory balance available.
- Prepare reports, such as stock on hand report, count report or material requirement.
- Prepares list of slow moving items and to raise Request Form for replenishment.
- Able to operate office machines, such as computer, fax and photocopy machine.
- May occasionally assist to store and issue stocks or supplies.
- Keeps area safe, clean and organized.
- Able to maintain 5S in work area.
- Handle and record personnel and attendance record.
Technical and Professional Knowledge:
- Organizing and filling reports, MS office exposure and good communication skills.
- Able to organize and issue stocks and supplies.
- Type and enter data at speed necessary for successful job performance.
- Perform simple computations
- Understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of handling work.
- Need to run shift, slightly different compare to clerk working hours due to operation related.
- May be required occasionally to do light materials.
