Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within targeted industries.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Technical Expertise & Consultation:
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of company's products and services.
- Collaborate with the technical team to design and propose custom solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure client satisfaction.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Provide feedback to the product development team for potential improvements or new offerings.
Administrative & Reporting:
- Prepare detailed sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Generate regular sales performance reports for management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer role, preferably in AV (Audio visual) solutions
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of company products and services, interactive touchscreens, AV solutions, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
