Interior Designer (3D)

Job Responsibilities:

• Create mood board and 3D design based on client’s requirements.
• Present design ideas to clients and improvise based on collective feedback from clients.
• Conduct site visit to ensure designs specifications are accurate including site measurement.
• Coordinate with multi-departments (designer team, engineers, architects, project team & contractors) by incorporating interior design elements into overall architectural plan.
• Source for relevant materials, finishes, furnishings and equipment in accordance to project requirements and client’s budget.
• Coordinate with Projects department to conduct on-site briefing to contractors before work commencement.
• Consolidate and update project progress regularly.
• Establish and maintain communication with clients on project progress update, address concerns as well as approval on proposed designs.
• Conduct quality checks on all design specifications and final output are aligned.
• Perform regular site visit to monitor project progress and report to Project department to resolve any problems arise.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture / Architecture, Creative Multimedia or any other related field.
• Min 1-2 years of working experiences in Interior Design field, specialize in residential or commercial projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, 3D Max or Sketchup, Photoshop and V-Ray.
• Possess own transport.
• Meticulous and well-organized with a proven ability to multitask within timeline.
• Excellent communication / presentation skills.
• Great customer service skills.
• Creative and imaginative.
• Willingness to take criticism and be self-critical.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and manage daily tasks for self.
• Solution-driven.
• Able to work independently.
• Excellent sense in interior design and has good understanding in the latest trends.
• Experience in managing projects from concept to completion.
